I’m usually not the type to post articles, or things from other sites onto my blog unless it’s really worthwhile. For my Al Huda Institute homework I had to watch the following video. It’s a 20 minute video about the cycle of STUFF, where it comes from and where it ends up. Take some time out to watch it and feel free to share your thoughts about it in the comments section, I’d love to hear what lessons you’ve derived from it!!!
Click on the link below to start the video.
Simple Lessons.
1. Planet Earth has been entrusted to us by Allah, so take care of and respect this great blessing that has been given to us.
2. Reuse & recycle
3. Remember shopping is not a cure
4. Don’t be quick in throwing things away, try to donate it, or pass it down to someone who may want it
5. T.V. is poison
6. Quality of life is not about how much “stuff” you have!

ASA-
They should show this video in every Sunday School/Islamic School/Muslim Youth Group. The way it is presented is so easy to understand for all ages.
